Backend Team Leader

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Software Engineers in developing backend service as part of the product

• Lead the development of brand-new, innovative Software Product

• Analyze Business requirements and provide effort estimations

• Design and implement flexible, scalable, and resilient Software Product according to up-to-date best practices

• Design and implement efficient deployment strategies in cooperation with DevOps team

• Coordinate development, integrations, and testing across other teams

• Hands-On development

• Write relevant software documents

• B.Sc. Computer Science %28or equivalent%29 from a known university or relevant military experience

• Experience as a backend software developer: 5+ years

• Experience as a Team Leader: 2+ years

• Experience with C# .core: 2+ years %28Recent experience%29

• Experience with C/C++: 1+ years %28Recent experience%29

• Experience with various Cloud infrastructures and development %28Azure, AWS, etc..%29: 1+ years

• Experience with the container infrastructures %28AKS , Docker , Azure Container Apps%29: 1+ years

• Experience with advanced DB capabilities %28MySQL, Postgress%29: 1+ years

• Experience in MulitProcess-Multithreading development: 1+ years

• Experience in Realtime environment

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with Azure Cognitive Services

• Experience with VoIP

• Experience with Voice Recognition and Voice.AI technologies
