In this role you willSupport and guide projects and installations involving metallic, coating, and painting processesMonitor and improve manufacturing processes including process parameters and product qualityProvide technological solutions for production process challengesDefine and characterize materials and processes according to customer requirements and ensure their implementation in productionWrite process specifications and engineering documentationTrain and support production teams professionally
RequirementsB.Sc. in Materials Engineering or Chemical EngineeringAt least 2 years of experience as a process engineer in coating and chemical line environmentsExperience with chemical processes for aluminum such as chemical conversion, chemical milling, and anodizing, as well as aerospace painting - AdvantageStrong analytical and systematic thinking, independence, initiative, creativity, and leadership skillsHigh interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environmentWillingness to take on a challenging full-time positionVery good level of English
