Senior Product Manager - PowerFlex

What you'll achieve
As a Senior Product Manager for PowerFlex, you will own the product roadmap and business requirements for PowerFlex data path and connectivity solutions, driving strategy and execution from concept through delivery. You will collaborate closely with architecture, engineering, and strategic partners such as Broadcom/VMware to translate market and customer requirements into engineering deliverables that bring customer-critical capabilities to life.
You will:
- Own the PowerFlex Data Path Strategy: Manage data path strategy and execution for PowerFlex, including the NVMe/TCP roadmap, working with architecture on spec updates, ecosystem growth, and partner relationships.
- Drive Product Roadmap & Requirements: Develop and maintain the product roadmap, write detailed business requirements and specs, prioritize features and specifications while applying budget, timeline, and resource constraints.
- Manage Strategic Partner Relationships: Own the Broadcom/VMware relationship for all storage connectivity initiatives, fostering ecosystem growth and alignment.
- Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work extensively across functional areas — including Engineering/R&D, Product Marketing, and BU Leaders — gathering inputs, updating product plans, and communicating the impact of product decisions to all stakeholders.
- Evaluate Market Opportunities: Conduct in-depth market analysis, lead business cases for optimization of existing solutions and next-generation products, and identify new growth areas and emerging technology opportunities.

Essential Requirements
- 5+ years of software product management experience with a proven track record of managing products through their entire life-cycle.
- 3+ years of storage data path experience, with strong technical depth in storage connectivity and data path technologies (e.g., NVMe/TCP).
- Proven track record of interfacing with demanding customers to refine business requirements, prioritize backlog, and translate market needs into engineering deliverables.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to work across Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and executive stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience with Dell ISG technologies such as PowerFlex, VxRail, or related storage/HCI platforms.
- Experience managing partner/vendor relationships in the storage ecosystem (e.g., Broadcom, VMware).
