We're looking for an Employee Experience Specialist to shape and elevate our culture. At groundcover, we set the bar incredibly high when it comes to our employee experience: from the day someone signs their offer, through the unreal swag and the unique moments we celebrate together, to the way our people feel every single day. This role is ideal for someone creative, highly organized, hands-on, and passionate about people, who wants to own and build the way groundcover feels from the inside.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Tel Aviv office.

What you’ll do:

• Own and develop employee experience initiatives that strengthen engagement and company culture.
• Plan and execute company events, team-building activities, off-sites, and internal celebrations for our local and global teams.
• Build and manage wellbeing and welfare programs for our employees.
• Support day-to-day office operations and logistics to maintain a high-quality work environment.
• Partner with GTM on swag and experiences for conferences and company milestones.

Requirements

• 3+ years in Employee Experience, welfare, or People/HR roles, ideally within a fast-paced tech company.
• Proven experience in the end-to-end planning and execution of global company events.
• A creative mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for building memorable people moments.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build relationships across all levels of the company.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
• Knowledge of AI tools such as Claude, with the ability to use them thoughtfully to streamline processes and work more effectively.
