In this role you willManage and plan indirect procurement processes in Israel and abroadLead commercial negotiations with suppliers and large-scale engagementsBe responsible for procurement activities with budgets in the millions of ILSManage and handle purchase orders with various manufacturers, suppliers, and procurement subcontractorsLead procurement processes and requests for quotations (RFQs)Work closely with customer departments, engineering, operations, planning, and pricing teamsManage purchase orders and establish framework agreements and pricing structuresMonitor and track deliveries and payment termsWork with multiple internal organizational interfaces and manage risksMeet cost, quality, and schedule targets while driving continuous process improvement
RequirementsB.A. or B.Sc. degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering and ManagementExperience in procurement within a global company - AdvantageExperience working with information systems and familiarity with LN system - AdvantageExperience in import and shipping processes - AdvantageEngineering or technical background - AdvantageAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment with multiple interfacesStrong analytical skills, negotiation capabilities, independence, and ability to lead processesAbility to work in a multitasking environment, perform under pressure, and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships
