· Ability to work effectively with
multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors while driving technical issues to
closure.
Advantages
· Experience in defense, aerospace,
electro-optics, robotics, UAV, Counter-UAS, surveillance, or mission-critical
systems.
· Experience with environmental tests,
acceptance tests, production tests, ATP/ATE, or customer-facing demonstrations.
· Familiarity with configuration
management, ECO processes, production files, BOMs, harness manufacturing files,
and subcontractor production documentation.
· Experience with POD activities, field
trials, operational evaluations, and on-site troubleshooting under dynamic
conditions.
