This position offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of technology within a leading defense organization, with direct impact on the development of complex multidisciplinary systems.In this role you willLead and define system integration processes for advanced electro-optical systemsWork independently in the laboratory environment, including execution of system tests and experimentsLead multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with multiple interfacesWrite and maintain technical and system documentationWork in a dynamic technological environment with challenging project timelinesRequirementsB.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Systems EngineeringAt least 3 years of experience in systems engineering or development of complex multidisciplinary systems, or alternatively an advanced degree - AdvantageExperience in development of electro-optical systems - AdvantageExperience and familiarity with lasers - AdvantageExperience working with high-power lasers - AdvantageHigh level of technical EnglishStrong system-level understanding, deep technical orientation, leadership abilities, and excellent collaboration skills
