For our Karmiel site, we are looking for a Material Project Manager (MPM) in the Supply Chain department. In this role, you will take full ownership of planning and logistics processes during serial production, lead cross-functional interfaces, and drive operational KPIs — all while making a meaningful impact within a defense organization, in an advanced and challenging professional environment. In this role you will
Control and manage order launches (customer orders) from receipt through activation in the MRP systemManage and monitor customer forecastsExecute material launches and procurement control in line with program or project requirements and targetsTrack material convergence from purchase requisition through full receipt into inventoryCollaborate on a daily basis with multiple interfaces including Engineering, Quality, Program or Project Management, Procurement, Operations, and WarehousingDrive achievement of project success metrics such as OTD, inventory turns, and cost reduction
RequirementsB.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management or in B.A EconomicsMinimum of 2 years of experience in production planning or in a supply chain roleHigh proficiency in ExcelKnowledge of BI tools and ERP systems with strong data analysis capabilitiesAbility to lead and manage multiple tasks simultaneously across numerous interfacesExcellent interpersonal skills, natural curiosity, strong communication skills, and a service-oriented mindsetDrive for excellence and ability to work independently
