Mechanical Designer

We are looking for a professional and experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team at the company site in Rehovot and take part in challenging and complex projects
Job Description:Mechanical design for opto-mechanical assemblies, mechanisms, electronic boards, fixtures, and alignment/measurement setups in multidisciplinary projectsIndependent work and/or teamwork while meeting project requirements, including timelines and quality standardsResponsibility from the concept phase through documentation, integration, and assembly support on the production lineCollaboration with various disciplines (electronics, optics, systems engineering, etc.)

Job Requirements:BSc in Mechanical EngineeringAt least 5 years of experience in mechanical designProficiency in Office tools – advantageFamiliarity with PDM software – advantageIn-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, casting, aluminum printing, etc.)Extensive knowledge of geometric tolerances and technical drawingsExperience in military and/or aerospace system design – advantageExperience with various CAD tools (SolidWorks, etc.)Experience in laser and fiber design – advantage
