Project Manager

For our site in Modiin, we are looking for a Project Manager. Join us in leading meaningful projects in the UAV domain — from production through customer delivery. You will be part of a team driving complex operational processes at the heart of the defense industry, with direct impact on the success of critical programs and systems delivered from the production line.In this role you willLead production and delivery projects for aerospace systemsTake end-to-end responsibility for meeting customer delivery plansLead the operational IPT team and manage the work plan to meet quality, cost, and schedule targetsManage the transition process from development to production (NPI)Work with subcontractors and manage complex operational interfacesServe as a key focal point between the Program Manager, Technical Manager, and all operational stakeholders involved in the programRequirementsPractical Engineer or B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering and ManagementAt least 5 years of experience in manufacturing processes and transfer from development to productionExperience working with PLM and ERP systems, budget control tools, MS Project, and risk management methodologiesHigh level of EnglishTechnical understanding and experience in UAVs or aerospace systems - AdvantagePrevious project management experience - AdvantageAbility to work under pressure, assertiveness, proactive mindset, and ability to drive cross-functional teams *Only relevant applications will be answered
