In this role you willLead New Product Introduction (NPI) processes for advanced opto-mechanical systems and complex testing and calibration stationsPerform Root Cause Analysis and provide engineering solutions for technical issues identified during production processesWrite engineering change orders and update engineering documentationWork in a matrix environment with multidisciplinary teams including engineering, production, quality, procurement and suppliersSupport engineering change implementation and configuration control activities
RequirementsB.Sc. in Electrical EngineeringAt least 3 years of experience in NPI processes or product managementExperience with NPI processes of complex opto-mechanical systems, engineering change management, configuration control and engineering documentationExperience in optical and electrical testing and calibration of opto-mechanical systemsFamiliarity with complex optical test and calibration equipment such as Collimators, Theodolites, optical tables, integrating spheres and cameras - AdvantageExperience working in a multidisciplinary matrix environment - AdvantageGood English communication skills, including reading, writing and speakingStrong system-level understanding, independent work capabilities, teamwork skills and high motivation
