Technical Production Manager

In this role you willLead development and introduction (NPI) of products based on various detectors and lenses, transitioning them from development into serial productionConduct in-depth failure analysis (Root Cause Analysis) and provide creative engineering solutions to technical issues identified during production processesLead engineering changes to products in serial production, including proposing solutions for obsolete components and transition plansWrite and update technical documentation for products and processes, maintaining accuracy and clarityDrive matrix management and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams – engineering, production, testing, and customer
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or Electronics Technician with at least 3 years of experience in technical management, system engineering, or NPI engineeringProven experience working in matrix environments with multidisciplinary systemsKnowledge of electro-optical systems, assemblies, and test equipment – AdvantageBroad systems thinking, ability to work independently, and high learning capacityStrong motivation and ability to work effectively within a team in a challenging environment
