We are looking forFor our company site in Haifa, Aerospace division is looking for a Ground Hardware Systems Engineer to lead the development and production support of control and operation shelters for advanced UAV systems

In this role you willLead the development and validation of complex hardware and software systems from solution definition through customer deliveryDefine system requirements, write specification and design documents, and lead integration activitiesSupport development and production processes of UAV control and operation sheltersWork closely with engineering teams, manufacturing interfaces, and subcontractorsLead development processes in a matrix environment while managing multiple interfacesWork on-site and at customer locations in Israel and abroad as required
RequirementsB.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Aerospace EngineeringExperience in systems engineering or development of complex multidisciplinary systems - AdvantageExperience in integration of military systemsExperience managing subcontractors - AdvantageAbility to define system requirements and write specification and design documentsGood English skillsWillingness to work in the field and travel within Israel and abroadSystem-level thinking, fast learning ability, teamwork, and strong interpersonal communication skills
