Oracle Fusion Implementer

DRS RADA is a global company specializing in active military protection, counter-drone applications, critical infrastructure protection, and border surveillance.

The Oracle Fusion Implementer is responsible for implementing, supporting, and improving Oracle Fusion ERP modules across financial and/or logistics processes. The role combines hands-on implementation experience with a strong understanding of business processes, ensuring effective system support for organizational needs.

The position works closely with Finance, Logistics, and business stakeholders to support ERP projects, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in Oracle Fusion implementation projects from requirements gathering through go-live and post-go-live support.
• Implement and support Oracle Fusion modules in financial and/or logistics areas.
• Translate business needs into practical Oracle Fusion solutions.
• Provide functional support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Support testing, data validation, and user training.
• Assist with system enhancements and process improvements.
• Maintain documentation and support compliance with internal controls.

Requirements

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in ERP systems.
• Proven experience as an ERP implementer or system analyst in financial and/or logistics areas.
• Strong experience with Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion is mandatory.
• Oracle Cloud ERP experience is an advantage.
• Good understanding of business processes, data handling, and system integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a structured and delivery-focused manner.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in global or multi-site organizations.
• Experience in ERP transformation projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
