Product, Delivery & Operations Lead— Bluespine

Bluespine is on a mission to transform healthcare spending for self‑insured employers.

Using AI‑driven payment integrity and claims analytics, we identify overbilling and deliver measurable savings—validating medical and pharmacy claims at scale against plan policies, contracts, and coding rules.

Location: Tel Aviv (Hybrid) — Remote-friendly with US hours overlap preferred

We’re looking for a multidisciplinary manager to lead the full product and operational lifecycle, overseeing cross-functional teams across Technical Operations, SMEs and R&D.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical capabilities with project and product management expertise, along with a proven ability to build, improve, and scale operational processes.

A key part of the role is product management: translating real field needs, operational pain points, and customer feedback into clear product improvements, priorities, and enhancements.

This person will leverage our technology to increase productivity, streamline execution, improve the product, and ensure that product development is closely connected to real operational needs.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Delivery, Program Management, Project Management, Product Management, or QA Leadership within B2B SaaS, data, or analytics products; startup experience is required.
• 3+ years of experience managing and developing teams.
• Proven track record of leading high-paced, multi-workstream implementations for enterprise customers
• Product management skills, including requirements definition, product discovery, prioritization, roadmap planning, and translating customer and operational needs into actionable product improvements.
• Experience working closely with R&D and technical teams to define solutions, manage trade-offs, and drive features from concept through delivery and adoption.
• Strong ability to use customer feedback, operational insights, and product data to continuously improve the product and user experience.
