Program Manager - Head-Up Display Systems

Join our Head-Up Display (HUD) Business Unit, part of Elbit's ISTAR & EW Division in Rehovot.
Our team develops and delivers advanced airborne display systems for leading aerospace and defense customers worldwide. As a Program Manager, you will lead strategic customer programs from contract award through delivery while driving business growth and customer success.
Responsibilities:
Lead complex customer programs from contract award through development, production, delivery, and supportOwn program planning, execution, budget, schedule, resources, and risk managementServe as the primary interface with customers and maintain long-term strategic relationshipsLead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality, and operationsEnsure delivery of contractual commitments and customer expectationsIdentify and promote business growth opportunities with existing and new customersPresent program status and key milestones to customers and senior management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Exact Sciences, or a related technical fieldAt least 5 years of experience leading complex programs, projects, or multidisciplinary processesStrong leadership and stakeholder management skills in a matrix environmentAbility to work effectively in a technical and customer-facing environmentExcellent presentation and communication skillsExperience working with international customersHigh level of English, spoken and writtenWillingness to travel internationally
