SAP PM Consultant

abra SAP Department is seeking a SAP PM Consultant.

We are looking for a skilled SAP PM Consultant to implement, maintain, and enhance SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) solutions, analyze business processes, and support maintenance operations across the organization.

This role requires strong expertise in SAP PM configuration, business process analysis, functional specifications, and close collaboration with business users and development teams.

A full-time, hybrid position, based in the Northern District, Israel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, implement, and optimize business processes within the SAP PM module.
• Configure and support SAP PM, with deep expertise in Notifications, Functional Locations, Equipment, and related PM objects.
• Gather business requirements and prepare functional and technical specifications for ABAP developments, interfaces (PI/CPI), UI5, mobile applications, and workflow processes.
• Deliver user training, provide ongoing support, and collaborate with external vendors and implementation partners when required.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as an SAP PM Consultant.
• Hands-on experience with business process analysis, SAP PM customization, and end-to-end implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP PM Notifications, including User Exits and BAdIs.
• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA – a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of DMS and budget-related objects (Internal Orders, Cost Centers, WBS) – an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Team player with excellent problem-solving abilities, motivation, creativity, and a willingness to learn new technologies and business processes.
