System Engineer

For our Aerospace site in Haifa, we are looking for a System Engineer to join the System Engineering team developing and integrating advanced Helmet Mounted Display Systems for helicopters. In this role you will
Join the System Engineering team responsible for the development and integration of Helmet Mounted Display Systems for helicopters
Define system and subsystem requirements and support their implementation throughout the development lifecycle
Work closely with software, algorithm, and additional engineering discipline teams
Lead engineering interfaces (ICD) with airborne systems, mission computers, and advanced sensors
Support integration activities, system testing, laboratory testing, and flight tests
Write and maintain development and system engineering documentation according to standard development processes
Requirements
B.Sc. degree in Engineering or a relevant field
Experience in System Engineering and leading multidisciplinary activities
Proven experience leading end-to-end software development in complex systems environments, from requirements definition through integration, testing, and customer delivery
Experience with airborne or defense systems - Advantage
Good command of English
Self-learning ability, broad system-level perspective, attention to detail, and teamwork skills
