In this role you willLead the development, integration, and implementation of advanced head systems for pilots and ground forcesDefine system requirements and perform engineering analysisDesign system architecture and adapt technological solutionsManage system integration and end-to-end testing activitiesSupport transfer to production and operational implementation processesWork closely with development teams, customers, and suppliers in Israel and abroadProvide technical leadership for complex multidisciplinary projects and collaborate with multiple interfaces
RequirementsB.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Software EngineeringM.Sc. in Systems Engineering - AdvantageExperience as a System Engineer or in multidisciplinary systems development - AdvantageExperience in system testing, transfer to production, and implementation - AdvantageExperience with airborne systems or military systems - AdvantageExperience leading technical teams - AdvantageHigh level of EnglishStrong self-learning ability, systems thinking, teamwork skills, ability to motivate others, and capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
