For our Haifa site, we are looking for an experienced Systems Engineer with an Electrical/Electronics Engineering background to join the SEACORE team, developing complex naval systems for international projects.
This role focuses on end-to-end systems engineering activities, including requirements management, system architecture, interface management, technical documentation, and collaboration with suppliers and subcontractors.

In this role you will:
Define, analyze, and manage system requirements throughout the project lifecycleDevelop system concepts, architectures, operational scenarios, and technical solutionsPrepare and maintain system engineering documentation, including SRS, SDD, ICDs, verification matrices, and related technical documentsManage technical interfaces between subsystems, suppliers, and stakeholdersLead subcontractors and suppliers, including technical reviews, requirements flow-down, and oversight of deliverablesSupport requirements traceability, verification and validation activitiesWork closely with multidisciplinary teams, including software, hardware, cybersecurity, testing, logistics, and project managementParticipate in design reviews, customer discussions, integration, and testing activities
Requirements:
B.Sc. in Electrical or Electronic EngineeringExperience as a Systems EngineerExperience in requirements management, system decomposition, and interface managementExperience writing technical specifications, requirements documents, and ICDsExperience working with suppliers and subcontractorsUnderstanding of complex hardware-software systemsHigh proficiency in Hebrew and EnglishWillingness to travel abroadStrong analytical, communication, and technical leadership skills
