Description
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring processes for a diverse range of technical and operational positions. The role involves partnering closely with hiring managers, driving sourcing initiatives, identifying top talent, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Drawing on proven recruitment practices reflected in existing internal role profiles, the position combines strategic talent acquisition with hands-on execution.
Responsibilites
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical, engineering, and operational roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and recruitment strategies.
- Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, and additional recruitment channels.
- Conduct candidate screening and interviews, assessing both professional and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and service providers.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruitment experience in both technical and operational hiring.
- Proven experience recruiting for defence, aerospace, or complex technology-oriented organizations.
- Strong sourcing capabilities and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent acquisition tools.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent English.
