The Role
We're looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team and own hiring end to end — from sourcing to close. You'll be responsible primarily for recruiting a large range of technical and non technical roles, while building a strong employer brand that positions Slice as a top destination in a competitive market.
Full-time, immediate start.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and identify high-quality candidates (LinkedIn, networks, direct outreach, and more)
- Own the recruitment process end to end — from initial screening to offer close
- Build and drive our employer branding strategy and content to attract the right candidates
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring needs
- Deliver a professional, respectful candidate experience throughout the process
Requirements
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
- Proven experience recruiting developers (technical / tech recruiting)
- Previous startup experience — required
- Immediate availability, full-time
