TOT Project Manager

Land & IMI is looking for a TOT Project Manager to lead knowledge transfer and production transfer processes with suppliers worldwide. The role includes leading onboarding and training activities, managing cross-functional interfaces, and driving technological projects in a dynamic and advanced environment.
In this role you willLead Transfer Of Technology processes and supplier onboarding activitiesManage supplier training, knowledge transfer, and ramp-up processesWork closely with engineering, operations, quality, and procurement teamsSupport NPI activities and implementation of engineering changesMonitor quality, risks, milestones, and project timelines
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering Experience in production transfer, supplier onboarding, or technological knowledge transfer processes - AdvantageExperience in defense or advanced technological industry - AdvantageHigh level of EnglishStrong project management and cross-functional leadership skillsSystems thinking and ability to work independently
