DevOps Infrastructure Engineer

In this role you willDeploy and maintain Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads in both connected and air-gapped environmentsAdminister and harden Linux servers according to organizational security requirementsWrite automation scripts and contribute to Infrastructure as Code efforts for infrastructure provisioningCollaborate with R&D, Security and IT teams to deliver reliable and secure infrastructureLearn and grow into advanced topics such as cluster security, observability, and platform engineering

RequirementsB.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field - strong advantageat least 2-3 years of experience in a DevOps / Infrastructure / System Administration roleHands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized workflows – deploying workloads, basic troubleshooting, and familiarity with core concepts (Pods, Services, Deployments, ConfigMaps)Good working knowledge of Linux systems (RHEL, Ubuntu, CentOS)Proficiency in scripting – Bash and/or PythonBasic understanding of networking fundamentals – TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewallsExperience with Infrastructure as Code tools — Ansible, Terraform, or equivalent - advantageExposure to security hardening of Linux servers or Kubernetes environments (CIS benchmarks, SELinux/AppArmor, Pod Security Standards) - advantageFamiliarity with security or vulnerability scanning tools — Nessus, Trivy, Aqua, Twistlock, or similar - advantageExperience with CI/CD pipelines — Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar - advantageBasic knowledge of network security concepts — segmentation, certificate management, TLS - advantageExposure to air gapped / classified environments - advantageStrong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and a team-player approach
