Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Wireless System Engineer to support new wireless product development.
The role includes system flow definition and hands-on lab integration of a complex multi-antenna wireless platform.
Key Responsibilities
Define system requirements and end‑to‑end flows
Technical lead for cross‑functional SW/HW/Test activities
Lead bring‑up/integration and end‑to‑end validation on the evaluation platform
Resolve complex lab issues, drive reliability/performance, and feature enablement
Required Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on experience in wireless communications technologies
Proven ability to lead integrations and define end-to-end flows across HW, RTL design and SW layers
Strong modem fundamentals across RF/analog and digital domains, familiarity with PHY concepts
Hands-on bring-up and debugging experience in the lab using RF interfaces and test equipment
Working knowledge of at least one wireless standard %28e.g., 5G NR, Wi‑Fi, or similar%29
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering %28or equivalent experience%29
Preferred Qualifications
Modem/PHY design expertise, including algorithms and/or RTL implementation
Cross-disciplinary experience across real-time FW, HW, and RF %28including RF lineups%29
Experience with LTE and/or 5G standards and system design
Minimum Qualifications:• Bachelor%27s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience.

Master%27s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Systems Engineering or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
