Full Stack Developer

We’re looking for a hands-on builder with a product mindset, strong UX judgment, and broad technical skills to own development across the entire stack.

You’ll turn product needs into useful, intuitive applications—connecting user interfaces, backend services, databases, integrations, and deployment. This role is for someone who enjoys solving problems, making thoughtful technical decisions, and taking ideas all the way to production.

What you’ll do

Own end-to-end development, from defining requirements and designing solutions to deployment and ongoing improvement.

Build intuitive user interfaces and reliable backend services, APIs, and integrations.

Contribute to product and UX decisions, simplifying workflows and improving usability.

Make architectural decisions with a clear understanding of the overall system, dependencies, and tradeoffs.

Write maintainable, tested code and contribute to code reviews.

Balance delivery speed with quality, security, performance, and maintainability.

Work independently and collaboratively, clarifying requirements and seeking input where it matters.

What you bring

5+ years of software development experience, with a proven track record of building and shipping full stack applications.

Strong frontend skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and a modern framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.

Strong backend development experience in a language such as Python, Node.js, Java, or C#.

Experience designing, developing, and integrating APIs.

Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.

Experience deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting production systems.

Proficiency with Git, automated testing, and CI/CD workflows.

Product sense and an eye for UX, with the ability to translate product requirements into practical technical solutions.

A proactive, resourceful approach, strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and a sense of ownership.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or NoSQL databases.

Experience with application security, user permissions, and performance optimization.

Experience with complex systems, real-time applications, or integrations across multiple systems.

Startup experience, including owning features from initial concept through production.
