Growth Marketing Manager, PLG (full-time contractor)

We're looking for a growth marketer who has built a self-serve funnel before and has the numbers to prove it.

WalkMe, an SAP company, has launched a new AI-powered, self-serve product. You'll own its marketing end to end: how people find it, sign up, get value, and upgrade. You set the plan, then you build it with your own hands. You'll work with the growth, product, design, and data teams.

** Employment for this role will be on a contractor basis.

What you'll own

• Paid acquisition: Plan, launch, and optimize self-serve campaigns across search and social, and own the budget.

• SEO and AIO: Grow visibility in classic search and in AI answers.

• Website: Run the product site and landing pages, and test your way to higher conversion.

• Email and lifecycle: Build onboarding, activation, and upgrade flows that turn signups into paying users.

• The funnel: Know every number from first visit to paid, and know which one to fix next.

You're a fit if you

• Have owned marketing for a PLG product end to end, not one channel of it.

• Can show receipts: The product, the metric, the before and after, and what you did.

• Think strategically and still ship the work yourself.

• Hear “that's not possible” as a starting point. You find a way, and you bring people with you.

• Run on experiments, data, and speed.
