In this role you willLead and manage project managers in manufacturing professionallyApprove weekly and monthly work plansPlan and control work plans and tasks versus executionCoach and provide professional leadership to project managers in manufacturingImplement a matrix of links between project managers and parallel functionsManage escalations and operational risksControl manufacturing budgets and ensure budget targets are metCreate synergy among engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and quality functionsMonitor ERP system visibility
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and ManagementProven experience managing complex operational projectsManagerial experience and leadership of matrix teamsDeep understanding of manufacturing processes, quality, engineering, and procurementFull proficiency with ERP systemsStrong analytical, planning, and control capabilitiesExcellent interpersonal skills, systemic thinking, initiative, and problem-solving ability
