In this position, you will have the opportunity to influence product quality and engineering processes from development stages through collaboration with customers and suppliers in Israel and abroad
In this role you willSupport development processes and engineering reviews with design subcontractors in Israel and abroad, including conducting quality audits, leading improvement plans, and monitoring performancePerform quality control processes for subcontractors and suppliersLead quality activities in the Ground Systems domain מול customers, suppliers, engineering, manufacturing, and procurement interfacesLead failure investigations, root cause analysis (RCA), and implementation of corrective and preventive actionsBe responsible for qualification processes, acceptance inspections, FAI activities, and configuration control according to customer requirementsProvide professional support for complex quality issues with strong technical and mechanical understanding
RequirementsPractical Engineer or Engineering Technician degree in Electrical / Mechanical EngineeringAbility to read and understand engineering drawings, technical specifications, and customer requirementsExperience with airborne systems and working with subcontractors - AdvantageKnowledge of quality standards ISO9001 and AS9100 - AdvantageHigh level of English, both written and spokenWillingness to travel abroad frequently for supplier support, audits, and customer meetingsStrong ability to lead cross-functional processes, work independently, maintain a systems-oriented mindset, and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
