For our company site in Haifa, we are looking for an ILS Program Manager (Integrated Logistics Support) for a temporary six-month position - Maternity leave replacement.
Join a meaningful role in the defense industry, where you will take part in supporting advanced naval systems throughout their lifecycle. In this position, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, customers, suppliers, and operational interfaces, while contributing to complex and impactful technological projects.
In this role you will:
Build and manage ILS packages for customers, including spare parts, training, technical documentation and additional logistics deliverablesDevelop maintenance concepts for naval systemsPerform LCC (Life Cycle Cost) calculations and analysesSupport tenders and prepare ILS proposalsManage subcontractors, agreements, and contract execution in collaboration with procurement teamsPrepare, approve, and monitor CDRL documentsMonitor and control ILS project progress while working with multiple interfaces across the company, including engineering and operations divisions
Requirements:
B.Sc. degree in a relevant fieldM.Sc. degree - AdvantageAt least 3 years of experience in the ILS domain in the defense industry - AdvantageFamiliarity with naval systems and maritime environments - AdvantageKnowledge of engineering processes and design reviewsExperience with operational processes including supply chain, manufacturing, integration, logistics, and quality assuranceExperience in technical or technological rolesExperience working with and supporting customersExcellent English communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills and high service orientation
