Key ResponsibilitiesOwn full responsibility for production programs and plansMonitor production progress according to work plans and ensure smooth material flow throughout the manufacturing processCoordinate sales and shipment processesTrack and control production budgets at the project levelManage operational risk plans within the projectDrive efficiency improvements and optimize work processesManage all matrix stakeholders while creating synergy between engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality teams
RequirementsB.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and ManagementAt least 2 years of experience in project management within a manufacturing companyExperience in the defense manufacturing industry - AdvantageExperience in process improvement - AdvantageProficiency in MS Office applications, particularly ExcelAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentExcellent interpersonal and communication skills
