Description
CodeValue is looking for an experienced Program Lead to join a large-scale Enterprise project in the banking and financial services domain.
The project involves complex technology environments, multiple teams and stakeholders, and critical Enterprise systems. This is an opportunity to take a central role in driving a strategic technology program in a highly complex and business-critical environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead a complex technology program from planning through delivery.
- Coordinate multiple teams, workstreams, stakeholders, and dependencies.
- Own program governance, roadmap, risks, dependencies, and delivery planning.
- Work closely with technology, architecture, delivery, and business stakeholders.
- Track milestones, deliverables, and overall program progress.
- Identify risks and blockers and drive their resolution.
- Provide clear visibility and status updates to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology delivery.
Location: Rishon LeZion
Work Model: Hybrid – 4 day per week on-site
Requirements
- Proven experience leading complex technology programs in an Enterprise environment.
- Strong Program / Delivery Management experience.
- Experience with governance, roadmaps, dependencies, and risk management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in complex technology environments.
- Experience in banking or financial services – a strong advantage.
- Experience in consulting or a multi-customer environment – an advantage.
