We are looking forFor Elbit Cyclone site in Bar-Lev Industrial Zone, we are looking for an Aerospace Quality Engineer to join our team This is a meaningful role within a leading defense and aerospace company, responsible for managing all quality aspects in complex programs while ensuring compliance, excellence, and customer satisfaction
In this role you willManage quality within aerospace programs across all quality aspects, from contract initiation to program completionParticipate in reviews, prepare quality plans, and monitor implementationLead and manage quality processes throughout aerospace projectsConduct internal quality audits to verify compliance with customer and company requirements, and support external auditsEnsure organizational compliance with customer requirementsManage quality processes including MRB, CAPA, and failure investigations
RequirementsB.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or Materials EngineeringAt least 3 years of experience in quality or manufacturing engineeringFamiliarity with composite materials - AdvantageExperience leading employee teams - AdvantageFamiliarity with aerospace quality standard AS9100 - AdvantageKnowledge of CATIA - AdvantageBackground in the Air Force - AdvantageExcellent interpersonal skillsStrong self-learning abilitiesCapability to lead and drive cross-organizational processesExperience working with multiple interfaces and with customers in Israel and abroadHigh level of English
