We are currently looking for a Revenue Operations Manager - Temporary position (8 months maternity leave replacement) to join our growing global Revenue Operations team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company.

As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence and supporting the performance of our global go-to-market (GTM) teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. In this role, you will be responsible for managing systems and processes, optimizing workflows, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the entire customer journey.

This is a fast-paced, high-impact role that requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally across departments and regions.

The Revenue Operations Manager will report directly to the Revenue Operations Director.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing and maintaining CRM systems and sales databases
• Processing orders and following up on the complete order life cycle
• Producing reports, dashboards, spreadsheets, PPTs, and managing routine sales operations activities
• Monitoring and analyzing key business performance indicators and trends
• Ensuring GTM process adoption and compliance
• Collaborating with Marketing and Finance teams to align sales operations
• Performing data analysis and data fixes where required to ensure system and data integrity
• Providing Salesforce training to the sales team, including ongoing training and training for new hires
• Working with the CRM and BI teams on new projects and ongoing requests
• Leveraging AI and automation in day-to-day RevOps activities to improve processes, analyze data, reduce manual work, increase productivity, and identify new automation opportunities across GTM teams

Requirements

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - must (other languages an advantage)
• 3-4 years of experience in a Revenue Operations role - must
• Salesforce and Excel expert - must
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Hands-on experience using AI and automation as part of day-to-day work to improve processes, analyze data, and drive operational efficiency
• Tech-savvy with an eye for detail
• Able to prioritize work and succeed under deadlines
• Proactive, eager to learn, and detail-oriented
