תיאור המשרה
· BSc or Practical Engineer in Industrial Engineering & Management, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
· 3–5+ years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or operations management.
· Proven negotiation and supplier management skills.
· Hands-on, execution-oriented approach with strong attention to detail.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
· Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
· Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple interfaces.
· Experience working with ERP systems – must; With Priority ERP – substantial advantage.
· Experience in regulated industries – must; in med-tech, biotech, or medical devices – substantial advantage.
· Familiarity with ISO 13485, GMP, or similar quality systems – advantage
· Experience supporting R&D or early-stage manufacturing environments – advantage
· Experience in a start-up environment, where a lot needs to be done from scratch under a limited budget – a major advantage
· Good written and spoken English.
· Service-oriented, execution capabilities, hands-on approach, and exceptional attention to detail.
· Ability to effectively work individually and with interfaces.
· Great team player and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
Position:
· Reports to the CEO.
· Part-time %28>50%%29 on-site position.
· Flexible hours, but office attendance required.
