Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition %28Core Mandate%29: Own end-to-end hiring for HQ %28Tech, E-commerce, Marketing, Finance, and Operations%29. Lead and develop a team of 2 recruiters, while elevating the candidate experience and Irani Group’s employer brand.
%28Note: This role covers Group HQ only; retail stores and field recruitment sit within a separate division%29.
