We are looking forFor our company site in MATAM Haifa, we are looking for a Hardware Engineer for Integration Infrastructure and System Testing DevelopmentJoin a leading hardware group responsible for the specification, development, and deployment of integration and testing environments for advanced avionics systems, aircraft upgrade programs, command and control systems, and system development laboratories. The role combines hardware, software, simulation, and integration disciplines, playing a key part in bringing complex systems from development stages to .successful operational deployment
In this role you willLead and take responsibility for all stages of development, design, and implementation of integration and development infrastructuresAnalyze requirements, define concepts, and implement detailed hardware solutionsRead and analyze system and electrical drawings and derive engineering insightsDevelop hardware solutions, testing configurations, and engineering support toolsDesign and implement electrical schematics, system drawings, and cabling solutions for assemblies and subassembliesWork with testing equipment, IT systems, communication, and simulation platformsPerform integration between hardware, software, and avionics unitsInvestigate failures and solve complex system-level issuesWrite testing documents, specifications, and laboratory requirement documentsCollaborate with system, software, and mechanical engineers, subcontractors, and additional development teamsSupport production, installations, and activities at customer sites in Israel and abroad as required
RequirementsElectrical and Electronics Engineer or Practical Engineer with proven hands-on experience in hardware or system designExperience in hardware development, integration, or testing for products or systems - AdvantageExperience establishing integration laboratories for aircraft upgrade programs or military systems - AdvantageMilitary service in a technical role within a depot-level maintenance unit - AdvantageAbility to lead multidisciplinary interfaces and manage subcontractorsAbility to work independently and lead tasks end-to-end while managing multiple assignments simultaneouslyStrong English presentation and documentation skills, system-level thinking, high self-learning capability, and willingness to travel abroad
